take your fresh tuna filets and coat with dijon musturd then dredge and coat them with shedded sweetpotato pan fry this until golden brown put in oven for ten min. at 400 degres now use can yellow corn, red/green peppers,red onion cilantro and juice of several limes to create just enough lquid to cover mix remember to chop all ingrediances very fine put salsa over tuna filets and you got one you will make again and again!
