  • One of My Favorites: Grilled Tuna

    4-6 Tuna Fillets
    1 Cup Pineapple juice (I can of pineapple works good) Crush the pineapples, you'll use them when you grill
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 cloves fresh chopped garlic


    Wash and dry steaks. Arrange in glass dish. Puncture outter edges w/ fork on both sides so it absorbs the marinade.
    Combine ingredients. Pour over fish, both sides. Marinate for 2-3 hrs.

    Grill 2-3 min on ea side while basting with remaining marinade juice and some crushed pineapples.

    The pineapple chucks on top give it a great flavor.

    Keep it pick on the inside. Don't over cook.
