I've had this with striped bass and Mako steaks but should work with other fish but those are my favorites.
1 large pepper sliced into strips
1/2 onion sliced
At least 4 cloves fresh garlic (can never have to much)
Whatever fish you want to use
In a large pan saute the pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil. I just do it a few minutes because I like the veggies crisp. Make sure you do not burn the garlic.
Push the veggies to the side of the pan and add the fish. Cook about 1 min on each side. Pile the veggies on top of the fillet and dump in 1 - 15oz can of tomato sauce and cover. Turn the heat as low as it will go for about 8 min or untill just done.
Enjoy
