Here is one I picked up 2 weeks ago while I was in Alaska.
Salmon fillets, skin on or off, your choice.
Cedar plank, soaked in water for 4 hrs (You can get away with 1hr but longer the better)
Sprinkle fillets with Old Bay seasoning, place on cedar plank. Smother tops of fillets with mayo, then sprinkle dill & Johnny's seasoning salt on top.
Cook on grill (slightly indirect heat) for 20 minutes (the time will vary depending upon plank thickness & fillet thickness) try to resist the tempation to open the grill cover You want the plank to smoke lightly, a few times on the grill & you will get the hang of it.
