Not that I need it this time of year, but what do you suggest for a swim platform ladder that fits under the platform? And where do you get it?

For those without a platform

Has anyone put a bracket mount Armstrong ladder on the transom?

Yes, I mounted an angled step ladder on the underside of my swim platform, it works GREAT.

I'm not sure if its an Armstrong, but it is and angled bracket I bolted on under my platform so the face is flush with the aft edge of the platform, I mounted it close to the support strut for the platform. I had to cut just a bit out of the bottom edge of the lip on platform. It comes with a mounting plate for the top, I cut a piece of nonskid tape and stuck it on the stainless plate on my swimplatform.

It comes with a nice powder coated aluminum 2 or 3 step ladder you slide in the slot. I mounted brackets that come with the ladder under the gunwale(spelling) and mount it out of the way when not in use.

It is great for kids and since it is angled away from the boat, my Lab can even use it!
