My recently purchased 28cc came with a Furuno 1650 GPS/DF mounted on the console and a Furuno 1712 Radar in the electronics box. I would like to upgrade to a NavNet series and am having a difficult time deciding where to mount the display. Trying to avoid putting it in the electronics box would like to have it within finger tip reach. Thinking about using a RAM mount either on the side of the electonics box or on the cabin top. Anyone every use one of these or similiar mounts.
