Microwave removal Help

My microwave died on my 28 and I was wondering how it comes out. It's not obvious to me. Any help would be appreciated,

There are three screws underneath that hold a piece of teak in place to keep it from falling out - simply remove the three screws and remove the 3/4" x 3/4" piece of teak and the microwave will slide right out.
