1995 28' with Volvo out-drives, 454's full tower. What is the proper prop-set to use? Which would be better? Stainless or Alm? I know with outboards the stainless wins hands down for both performance and economy, but you pay the price if you hit something. Is it the same with out-drives? What cruise speed can I expect and fuel burn?

Since this site is so new, I don't think anyone her has a 28 with outdrives. You might want to repost in the ASK MAC section. Maybe he can point you in the right direction.
