Props for 28 CC

Does anyone what the standard prop size is for the 28 CC with the 8.1's? My motors turn up way too high. They turn up to 5200 rpms and are only rated for 4200-4600. The motors were changed out in 04 by the previous owner and he never changed the props from the original 7.4's. Also, Does anyone have any suggestions on where you may get the props for the 8.1's the cheapest?
