Engine hatch

One of the hydraulic actuators for the engine hatch on my 1996 28’ CC had a leak and now my engine hatch will not open at all. Does anyone know if there is a release so the hatch can be raised manually, or where the refill for the fluid is located?

The release is behind the head on the wall inside the head compartment.

Pull the port fish box out and look on the forward bulkhead. Switch the handle on the line to be parallel with the hose to be in bypass mode. Get 2 or 3 of your friends to raise the hatch and block up with a couple of 2x4s . . .
