I had the same problem a year ago. I borrowed a puller,had to heat the prop and pull off from the hub and then cut the hub off with a cutting wheel.The prop shop wanted I think $150 to do this ,if it ever happens again they will get it. I pull them 3 times a year now and grease them,learned my lesson.
When it's stuck it's stuck. I had to cut mine off last year. Other option is to burn the rubber. That saves the prop ( then you'll have to have it rehubed)but may hurt the seals in the outdrive. When you put the next one on use a totque wrench. Can't remember the #s of torque. Find out from Volvo it's important. Then thake them off every 3-4 mons. I use anti-seiz. Good luck!!!
