    Windless question

    I have a 2000 CC 25. Can anyone make any recommendations on what type of windless would work well on my boat and any installation suggestions would be very much appreciated

    Windlass for 25'

    I had a Sprint 600 Vertical Windlass installed on my 25' prior to delivery. I have been pretty happy with it to date. Lewmar warranties the system for three years.

      shrinkage, would you mind posting some pics of how it is mounted, what you used for an anchor roller, and any mods to the anchor locker. any help is greatly appreciated. we are looking to do the same to ours.

        I'd be happy to help. I have the boat in winter storage, but plan on seeing her within the next few weeks. We have the boat show starting this weekend, which runs through the following week. Not sure that the dealer will be open between that time which is where the boat is now. Don't hesitate to remind me incase I don't get back to you right away.

          C.C,25' With A Bow Platform !!! 2006

          We had mac put the windless on at the factory.Then we had a custom platform built,this came out so good that every one that has seen it wants one !!!!!! Mac will not do this !!! + I know why , so you have to do this on your own.
          we also have installed the new LIVORSI GAUGES !!!
          WILL POST A FEW PHOTOS IN APRIL AFTER WE RETURN FROM LAPAZ B.S.C.

                That's how a new Sprint 1000 looks on my CC 28 with a Lewmar selflaunching bow roller. Hope that gives you some help?

                  Windlass for 25'

                  I would be happy to post a couple of pics. I fianally took them this last weekend. Sorry for the delay. It is pretty much set up just like Grey Lion. Let me know if you still want to see my pics.
