Inboard Yanmar Power

I have the 315 Yanmar in my current 25 Carolina Classic and love it. I was browsing the Yanmar site and noticed they do a 375 hp version on the same block. All the dimensions and mounting points are the exact same as the 315 so it should fit right in. Have you done any of the new 25 inboards with this power plant or would it be something you'd be willing to build? I think the extra 60 hp would be incredible on my little boat.

I really do not have an answer for you on this. To my knowledge, no such engine exist nor have I been told anything about it. They do have a 370 HP engine, but that is a different block and too large to fit in.

Maybe I can respond better later, if it is indeed in the line-up for the future.
