Outdrive model #s

Im trying to order some parts for our 98 25 7.4 jackshaft boat. Does anybody know what model volvo outdrive they used that year. There seems to be several dual prop models and Im not sure what we have. Boat wont be out of the water for two more months, so I cant get to the model # plate on the outdrive. Thanks

1998CC Outdrives

I have a 1998 CC with outdrives. The surveyor listed them as DP200
outdrives driven by 7.4Gi Volvos.

Engine Surging Problem

I see where you reported an engine surging problem back in March 2006.
Please advise me what you found had caused it and what the corrective
action was.

Our surging problem was corrected with a new set of plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter and a thorough throttle body cleaning done by the dealer. They also checked the engine for any codes and found none. Hope this helps.
