Low RPMs at WOT

Any common reasons as to why I am only seeing 3500-3600 rpms on each engine at WOT when I should be getting 3800? Could this problem be related to marine growth on my wheels?

Probably, Heard lots of complaints lately, same deal. Growth. My 28 KAMD43s do the same after setting for >7 days, after few >5 nms running she gets up just fine. If not Fuel filters may be choked.

air filters

had a similiar problem, changed air filters and raised my rpms. check these first, easy fix, if not fuel filters next.

Thanks for the replies. I do change air filters faithfully so I will check the fuel filters but I'm thinking I have dirty wheels.
