Don't know about valve settings. If you search the web, you should be able to easily find the workshop manuals that Volvo sells. The have about 5 different manuals, one for each system of the engine. There is also the basic engine manual that each boat owner should be given when purchasing the boat.
Lynnhaven Marine's Parts Dept. can get you the manual for the boat. It's expensive but you may find it worthwhile if you are doing the major mechanical stuff yourself. The book is really designed for the rebuilder, I beleive.

Walter Clark owner of Action Master Marine Service is the Volvo Diesel Certified service in your area. He did mine (KAmd300) at 200 hours per the manual. Call him at 757-531-BOAT and he should look it up for you.
Thanks everyone for replies yea Action Masters did some work and Walt is great been a lot of help. Boat is in Colington NC so doing a lot myself. Thanks again I'll see if Walt can order those work books.
