  • 35 cc toilet

I have the valve set for the holding tank, as per coast guard regulations as they check in harbor. Anyhow, someone used it without my knowledge the toilet. As far as emptying the tank whats involved? just turn the head pump on and thats it? Do i need to do anything with the y valve in bilge or something? i never used it before. If anyone has some insight i would much appreciate it. thanks.

On my 28 to pump out the tank I have to switch the valve to the position to overboard and then hold down the button to pump out. I do this when I am 10 miles out to sea.

The 32 and 35 have a vacu flush system which is different than the 28 which is mechanical I believe. All you need to do is turn on the pump with the breaker on the circut panel. If you follow the hose from the intake of the pump by the thru hull it should go to the bottom of the holding tank. It is located under the steps leading to the cabin on the 32. I assume it is in the same location on the 35.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. So the waste water holding tank is under the cabin steps? Do you also know what is under the starboard bench seat below the electrical panel? Thanks, just curious why there’s no storage in those areas.

Yes the tank is under the cabin steps just forward. You get to it if you take out the fridg and crawl in there. This is on the 32.

There is limited storage under the bench seat. I put the same door that is used in the head upper cabinet. You will need to put a floor in there since there is a gap between the hull and liner or small stuff will fall through.

Check the tips and mods section. I put up a post a year or more when I had boat outfitters make some hatches so I could access the area under the L shaped couch without lifting the cushion.
