Finally got everything back together on my winter project. Took both heads off, new copper sleeves for the injectors, all the injectors rebuilt, all new gaskets/o-rings, oil coolers and heat exchangers boiled out, valves adjusted - started them up yesterday. All set for launching on 4/12. Started in January - so it was a battle, and quite a learning experience as to how may o-rings these engines have. Anyone experience a coolant leak near the front of the engines - check the thermostat housing o-ring - both of mine were leaking and were dried out.
