engine will run about 12,00 or so, you will have to redo the exhaust with 2- 4" 45's, you will need to change the fitting off of the heat exchanger to allow better access for your seawater hose, and move your motor mounts. just changing a few hoses as well as fuel lines and lengthening your throttle cable also possibly is all you need. it is really a do-it yourself type of deal with not much problem, just time consuming. we did ours in the 25 ourselves, but between we are really good with mechanical/electrical. i do know town creek in beaufort,nc has done some of the repowers, check with them or layton.
I would be interested in seeing those numbers as well. It is in the future at some point, would like to know what it needs so I can price it out at the local places in MI.
