AC wiring and ground point?

How is the 120 VAC wiring coming into the boat at the 120 VAC plug grounded?

is there an AC grounding buss I have to tie my new battery charger to?

The AC cord that provides shore power is the link to "ground" on the alternating current side. All AC outlets carry the ground wire. Not sure where the closest one is in that series loop. My original "C Charger" manual shows a green ground wire attached. On the AC side there is AC (neutral, white), AC (hot, black) and AC (ground, green).
