1998 25' with a Volvo D6. Cruises at 27-28 knots loaded at 2900 rpm. WOT at 3500 rpm will get her to 34-35 knots.

Did you have to remove the bulk head to install the D-6? I am surprised that your boat is not faster at WOT

Those are real world speeds with the boat loaded for fishing. The bottom paint is a little rough. That may be costing me a knot or two. And yes, the bulkhead had to be cut away.
