    Quoted for sellers comments

"We do not know how much water it took on, or how long it was flooded. The full extant of the damage is unknown. We do know the engine compartment was at least partially submerged. As a result the condition of the engine is unknown, nor do any of the electronics power up. It does not appear the boat was submerged for an extended period of time"

    What is he saying?

If you look closely at all the electronics and gauges they show heavy water damage. I think the whole boat was under water. The radio whown has extensive rust on the case and corrosion on the brackets. If you want to totally refurbish a boat it might be worth it but questionable. The engine is probably frozen up but might could be cleanned up depending on how long it has been since it was submerged. Outdrive might be ok??? All the pumps, controls, electronics and gauges probably would have to be replaced. It would be a expensive proposition.
