considering a cc help appreciated

first of all im glad i found this site, i am a former owner of a 97' 25 with 7.4 engine , really liked the boat , but never really had a chance to use it much. i felt it was slightly under powered but cruised fast enuff and fuel burn wasnt terrible. other that i loved it. i have always wanted a 28 but now iam considering buying either a used 28 or 25 but only really interested in diesel . the new 300 volvo in the 25 sound like the way to go . so i am also considering a new 25 setup with that power. my use will be gulfstream trips of 60 miles maybe 5-6 times a year , king mac and bottom fishing within 30 miles maybe 10-15 times a year and spanish trolling and family cruising probably 15 times or more a year.i like being able to handle the boat by myself and really like the fuel economy of the 25. finally my question. who are the dealers of new and used that you would recommend? recommendation on boat and power? and what kind of price should i expect on the 25 setup i mentioned , i have searched many of the on line brokers and found used 28 with diesel for around 100-110 is there any that i should stear clear of? sorry for the ramble but obviously im searching ,any help is appreciated . im located in s.e. north carolina

Purchased my 2004 25' with KAD 300 diesel from Terry. Had it transported to Virginia Beach. Very happy with the dealer and the boat.
