  • Stolen Boat

Keep your eyes and ears open, they are at it again! Around 4 am this morning, my 28 Carolina Classic was stolen from Bradley Creek Marina. The good thing was they didn't get very far. Low tide and a sharp turn out of Bradley Creek left them high and dry. A home owner who lives across the water reported hearing a boat run a ground about 4:30 and he said they never backed off the engines. The engines continued to run for another 30 minutes before they cut off.
Wrightsville beach Coast Guard and Tow Boat US brought the boat back to Bradley Creek. Port engine has a bad knock and not sure about the STB engine. Other than that, nothing was missing, not even the beer in the refrigerator.
    Will keep you posted.
