Customer Appreciation Day at the Factory

We at Virginia Beach Boats are in the planning stages of our 1st Annual Customer Appreciation Day at Carolina Classic Boats in Edenton, NC at the factory on Saturday November 3, 2007 from 10am to 4pm. This will be a great opportunity to see how these boats are made and meet some of the people that make them. The Privotts will be there, of course, and will be happy to give tours of the plant and the production process. There will be a cookout at the factory and plenty of time to meet other owners and swap fishing stories . . .

Edenton is also a nice place to visit for a weekend and has a quaint downtown with several nice restaurants.

Based on the response we get from owners and friends on the site, I can arrange discount hotel rates for those from out of town that want to attend and stay over either on Friday night, Saturday night or both.

It is only about 1.5 hrs from Norfolk airport (ORF) to Edenton. There are plenty of hotels in Chesapeake, VA that are right on the way if you get a late arrival into ORF.
