Smell from holding tank

I had my holding tank pumped out filled it with simple green to get rid of the odor but no luck anyone have any good ideas of what to do? When I am running my boat and come to A stop I get a wiff of this odor.

One of the things I have done is replace all of the hoses except the one going to the below water line dump fitting. I can't get the tank out to get to it. the tank is stuck to the resin.

I used sanitation type hoses that have a barrier in them to prevent the odors from penetrating thru them. The old hoses even smelled from the outside of them. Most marine suppliers have it. The hose is expensive but worth it.
