2006 yanmar str.inboard 25

Would like to entertain offers on my 06 25. She has heat,outriggers, acr remote spot, Furuno585, 1731 radar,Northstar 6000,icom 604 and is ultra mint with 210 hrs. on engine. I want to move up to a cc32 as my offshore needs warrant a bigger rig. I have 2 spare props and receipts for all work. Hardtop,spreader lights, extra rod holders,epirb,custom stereo,and rocketlauncher as well as windlass and battery charger with upgraded batteries. Shore power is included. What is your asking price? Are the engine and the boat both 2006 models? What are your performance numbers with the new prop?

Are you interested in selling one of the 2 spare props? Do you have the Yanmar inboard combo? If so, what are the specs on them?

My asking price is 110,000 which represents a savings of about 28,000 off my investment. Both engine and boat are 2006 and she is sweet. I do not want to sell any spare parts as I feel they are part of my package. I have an offshore spare parts kit as well. The Yanmar was replaced under warranty in March 07. She runs @ 22 kts @ 3250 and wot is 3975 @ 28 kts. This boat is yard maintained and I will have my yard detail evey inch B4 sale.
