  • 2002 28' For Sale

I am going to be selling a 2002 28'C/C. I am moving to Wyoming and will not need a boat of this type. It has original 8.1 volvo's that have 100 hrs. Full electronics including Raymarine radar and auto pilot w/remote. It is rigged with elec. downriggers and ready to fish. It has been used as a Great Lakes boat and has never seen salt water. It also has a 2004 tri axle alum. trailer with less than 1000 miles on it. It has been the best vessel that I have ever fished. (906)524-6508 or cell (906) 395-0283. Give me a call for additional information.

Could you please advise if the boat is gas or diesel and what the price range you are asking. I had set my heart on a diesel. I wasn't aware that the 28 foot CC was trailerable. I know the 25 ft weighs in around 8600 lbs but how much more is the 28? Is the boat in Ohio now?

    Thanks Lawrence

The engines are gas. They run great. The 28' is trailerable. It is 13000lbs dry. I pull it with no problem with a 350 Ford. It is coming out of winter storage next week and going to be detailed for the season. It has been professionally maintained since I had it and stored inside for winter. I would not turn my nose up at the 8.1 gas volvo's, they are half the cost to maintain and very relyable. The boat is in Upper Michigan and has been fished on Lake Superior.. If you live in Ohio, I would be willing bring it down. The 28' is a fishing machine. I am asking right around 114,000 to 115,000 with the trailer.

        Madaline:

Gas Engines Don't Scare Me (not Crazy About Volvo's Though), But Would Like To Know What Drives You Have? Will Use The Boat On Lake Erie.

        Thanks,

        Tom
