Take a sheet of tin foil & lay your fillet on it take some miracle whip & spread over the top of it then sprinkle some salt,pepper & some old bay flip the fillet over & do the same thing on the other side then put three spoon fulls of butter on top & cover with another piece of tin foil & roll the edges shut & throw it on the grill on medium or 350 degress for 20 minutes & serve. Try it, it's excellent. You can also do it in the oven. If you try it let me know if you like it? Charlie

I do the same recipe for my fish here. I bake in the oven. I will split the filet length-wise and stuff with jumbo lump crabmeat. Then I lay a strip or two of bacon over the filet for flavor. Once cooked I throw out the bacon, just used for the flavor.

It is really amazing and outstanding technique. It will be really fantastic.
