Simrad EQ42

[Split Decision]

I have a simrad eq42 that I was going to put on my new boat but went a different route. This is a display only without a ducer. New they sell for about 2500$. I am asking 1500$ if anyone is interested.

Split decision,

I just had an EQ 42 take a dive on me this week. There are no parts for these to be serviced. How old is yours? How many years was it used.

I can't believe there are no more parts for service. They did'nt change them that long ago to the 44. I believe mine was a 02 or 03. It seems the only difference would be in the software. It can't be upgraded to the 44? Did you send it back to Simrad?
