This is the design that I think I am going to go with. I am thinking about the top one but made larger to go into the transom door.

What does everyone think?

That's gonna look nice either way. I would go with the top one made large enough to be centered on your transom as if the door were not there. From any distance at all, the door lines become fairly un-noticeable.

Tom,

Nice graphics! I would go with the top, centered on the transom and forget the door is even there. It will not be noticable. Painted or plastic??

My vote is for the top one - they both really look sharp.

Thanks guys, thats the one I like also. I am just waiting for some dimensions from Mac so I can get the transom door seam to fall between 2 letters. I will repost when I get the updated version.

I'd have to say top one too. How did you come up with the font style? Did a paint shop design that or did you create it with your own software? They both look great. I have to get my boat named too. Thanks.

Hey Tom, did you buy the 32 from Gary in NJ or directly from Mac?

They did the name on my other boat and was happy with the service and design work. If you go to their site and click on Fonts, I think it is the (Barbedor) font on the list. They are great to work with. You can call them and do it over the phone and they will email you the design for approval. The colors I chose are navy blue letters with metalic silver shadow. They are working on the final layout right now and when I get the results I will post it.

This is the final design. I like it much better going across the transom door. I ordered it today and should have it Friday or Monday.

These people are great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
