Filet Fish, Spread Spicy Mustard,light Sea Salt, Fresh Cracked Pepper, Slice Onion, Wrap In Foil, Place On A Wet Cedar Pland And Grill, 1-2 Lbs About 1/2 Hr-3/4 Hr Med-hi , When Done Put Fish Over Rice Pilaf, And Throw In Garbage Disposal.

Actually My dad made some pickeled bluefish years ago that was great. Kinda like pickeled herring. I will see if he can remember how he did it. Made some with onions and hot peppers among other variations.

Seasoned brine soak for 24 hours and smoke it.

It sounds like the recipe I heard for duck 10 or so years back. Cook the same just use a pine plank. When done, throw out the duck and eat the wood.

How about cleaning the fish (fresh one only) butter it on one side with mustard and roll in Zatterans fish fry meal. Deep fry it and you won't be able to tell the difference between it and a whiting.

Not my recipe but I've eaten them like this a lot of times.
