autopilot s1000

i own a Carolina Classic 25 and i would like to know if it possible to mount the s1000 autopilot on my boat.
Is there anybody that could help me?

I think you are right at the limit of that unit, might have to look to a biger one. I have one on my 24 hydra-sport and i really like this unit. Doug.

Il,

The Raymarine S1000 guide states for boats less than 25 feet. Your boat is less than 25 feet at the water line. I have seen boats that were over 27 feet at the water line with the system.

This seems like a great A/P for the boat and I was ready to order. I called my electronics dealer and they offered me a great deal on a Comnav 1420. (I already had a pump) so I saved 50% over the cost of the S1000.
